Our premium blend beans are the highest quality South American and Central American 100% Arabica blend (each type of bean is roasted separately to ensure the finest roast point and then blended together). They are not cooled by quenching with water as so many are (which begins to rot the bean and weigh it down with water); instead they are quickly air-cooled. Never buy or drink coffee made with water logged beans again!
To assure freshness, our coffees are sealed in primium foil valve packed bags with a one-way valve for degassing. The bags are also re-sealable to keep the flavor at its best.
