To maximize brewing output for high-traffic hotels, restaurants, and buffets, the BUNN ICB Twin Soft Heat automatic coffee brewer includes two brewers. The brewers are meant to dispense fresh coffee into BUNN Soft Heat servers, which can be transported to other areas while keeping coffee hot for hours. Both brewers use Infusion Series technology, which includes six brew buttons and three batch sizes: a half-gallon, one gallon, and a gallon and a half. For uniform coffee extraction, the Peak Extraction spray head is dotted with 17 holes to dispense water across coffee grounds evenly. To reduce waste, an electronic funnel lock prevents the brewers' funnels from being removed until the drip-through process is complete. This unit can brew (280) 8-ounce cups of coffee per hour.
