To ensure operators can quickly gauge inventory, the top has two sliding doors, while the interior has two adjustable dividers. Constructed of stainless steel, this 48-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 34-inch-tall unit resists corrosion, scratches, and dents, meaning it's durable enough to withstand heavy use. For additional strength, its back is made of galvanized steel. Dense, 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation is foamed into the cabinet to maintain cool temperatures while conserving energy.

Because it comes with a condensate evaporator pan, the Krowne BC48-SS bottle cooler catches excess water and humidity. It doesn't need a drain line, and its self-contained refrigeration system enables straightforward application in convenience stores, super markets, or gas stations. A digital thermostat built onto the front grille can be set between 30 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit as holding requirements change. To simplify servicing, its side panel can be removed so users can access compressor valves.
