By adjusting the front-mounted digital thermostat, users can set the interior temperature between 30 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit as needed. For consistent cooling during business hours, polyurethane foam is built into the cabinet walls, creating a dense barrier that retains generated chill.

This Krowne BC72-SS bottle cooler has a self-contained, built-in refrigeration system that's simple to set up and access. Because it comes equipped with a condensate evaporator pan, the cooler doesn't need a costly drain line installation. This unit measures 72 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 34 inches high and is built with two sliding top doors featuring rugged grab bars. While the interior, front, and sides are made of 20-gauge stainless steel, the rear is 20-gauge galvanized steel; both metals are durable enough to endure high-volume use in fast-paced kitchens and bars. To simplify cleaning, the interior is built with coved corners.
